Kayal Iro bagged his first NRL try in the Sharks' win over Canberra on Sunday - and the timing couldn't have been better. The son of former Kiwi great Kevin Iro is off contract at the end of the season and put himself in the shop window for rival clubs with a classy display against the strong Raiders backline. Iro's landmark try - even though replays showed he dropped the ball before grounding it - broke an 18-all deadlock and put the Sharks on course for a fine comeback win after trailing 18-0. The young centre also ran for nearly 150 metres, and with several clubs keen on his services for next season, he has a big decision to make in the coming months.
