Panthers star and co-captain Isaah Yeo has re-committed to the reigning premiers, inking a blockbuster deal to remain with the club until the end of the 2027 NRL season.Yeo would have been one of the biggest names to become a free agent in November as he came into the final year of his contract, but the Panthers have prioritised locking down the representative star. He'll be almost 33 by the time he next comes off contract. The 28-year-old lock has played 199 matches for the club, eight State of Origins for NSW and five Tests for Australia – including last year's triumphant World Cup final. He will become the eighth player to hit the 200-game milestone when he leads his team out against the Raiders on Friday night. With co-captain Nathan Cleary and Brian To'o also signed with the club until the end of 2027 and star prop James Fisher-Harris locked up until 2026, Yeo's re-signing ensures a core group of Penrith's best players will stay together as they attempt to stitch together a modern dynasty."I couldn't be prouder to re-sign with the club and I'm excited to see what we will achieve over the next few years," Yeo said in a Panthers statement announcing the deal.
