Roosters enforcer signs monster new deal

Victor Radley has agreed to a new four-year deal that will keep him at the Sydney Roosters until the end of the 2027 season. Nine's Danny Weidler reports that the 24-year-old, who was off-contract at the end of 2023, has committed to the club long-term. Radley made his first grade debut for the club in 2017 and has played 99 NRL matches. The backrower was part of the New South Wales squad in 2022, but didn't play a game, then stunned the rugby league world by switching his allegiance to England for the World Cup, making him ineligible for State of Origin under the current rules. Radley's re-signing was considered something of a formality, after Roosters boss Nick Politis flagged in December that the two-time premiership winner wasn't going to test the open market, despite being free to do so. "We love Victor and he loves the club," Politis told
