Hasler to work star 'like he's never been pushed before'

The Gold Coast Titans have a new coach in Des Hasler - but the big question is whether they will have a new on-field general as well.Tanah Boyd has steered the ship around the park in the No.7 jumper for the last couple of seasons - with only mixed results.Local junior Tom Weaver is a player on the rise and could well get the nod from Hasler.After being named the NSW under 19 State of Origin half last year, Weaver made his top grade debut against Penrith and didn't look out of place.At 20, the local junior is highly thought of on the Coast and will put the heat on Boyd in the trials.
