Izack Tago is one of Penrith's 'lesser lights' no more. The classy centre doesn't have the profile of some of the Panthers' superstars but he was the man who rose to the occasion when Penrith most needed someone to shine against the Storm on Friday night.Down 14-0 midway through the first half, the Panthers looked down and out until the 21-year-old Samoan Test centre came to the rescue.Tago bagged two tries, the third time he has crossed for a double this season, but also did much more.He produced a try assist, ran for over 120 metres, made 12 tackle busts and defended strongly as Penrith roared home 34-16.It was a career-defining performance and Tago has stamped himself a key man in the Panthers' premiership defence.
