The Storm's 18-10 win over Souths was one of the more remarkable results of the 2023 season.Souths won the possession, the field position, made more run metres, made twice as many tackle breaks, had more offloads, had to make less tackles, missed far less tackles… and yet still lost.A lot of the credit for the Storm's gutsy win must go down to their goal-line defence - Souths pounded the line time and again and could have scored half a dozen tries.But desperation defence from the Storm and last-ditch tackles gave them back-to-back wins for the first time this season.Souths went into the game as firm favourites but the game again served as a warning - NEVER under-estimate the Storm.
