Bennett's week goes from bad to worse

Wayne Bennett's bad week has got even worse with one of the game's best young prospects doing a backflip on a deal with the Dolphins for next year. The Dolphins believed they had an agreement with Harrison Hassett, the Penrith SG Ball player of the year. But the Australian Schoolboys star now looks set to remain with the Panthers. His decision will only rub salt in Bennett's wounds after he came close to signing marquee player Cameron Munster, only for the brilliant utility back to decide to remain with the Melbourne Storm on a long-term deal. Hassett is a rangy second-rower who can break the line and also hit hard in defence. The Panthers see the youngster as a future first-grader and worked hard to keep him on board.
