Eels make final call on concussed star

Parramatta's superstar halfback Mitchell Moses is set to take the field this weekend, with club officials saying he has recovered from last week.Moses was taken from the field with a head knock during last week's 27-8 loss to Penrith.Nine's Danny Weidler said that Moses got through the captain's run unscathed on Wednesday night, and will play in their sudden death semi-final against the Raiders on Friday. It's a huge boost for the Eels' chances of victory, with Moses being in fine form since returning from a finger injury and rattling off three comprehensive victories in a row to end the regular season. But Parramatta ran into the unstoppable force of Penrith, and, more literally, Moses ran into the massive Viliame Kikau with about 20 minutes to go, failing an ensuing HIA."He's been whacked here, Mitchell Moses. He is not well," said Nine caller Mat Thompson at the time of the incident."Kikau just changed direction and came back straight at Moses," Billy Slater added.
