The Sharks' first call this week needs to be to a sports psychologist. Craig Fitzgibbon's hapless troops have now lost seven straight finals games and nine of their last 10. Pumped 37-10 by the Storm on Saturday afternoon, the Sharks are now in a sudden-death situation and are clearly a group that lacks self-belief in the big games. The team was as good as any in the NRL for much of the regular season, playing strong and consistent football. But they were never in the hunt against a clinical Storm side and the players will be plagued by self doubt this week as they stare down another early finals exit. That's where a mind mechanic could help, getting the players to regain their confidence and mojo.
