Dragons Forward in Demand

Former Queensland State of Origin forward Francis Molo could be the Warriors' answer to their search for a big man to replace Cronulla-bound enforcer Addin Fonua-Blake in 2025. The Dragons prop is one of the few experienced middle forwards off contract for next season and has yet to sign a new deal with the Big Red V. Born in Auckland, Molo moved to Australia with his family when he was a baby and appears one of the Warriors' few options to replace their main man, AFB. At least three rival clubs are keen on Molo, a powerhouse 29-year-old who has played two Origins for the Maroons as well as for the Cook Islands and Samoa at international level. "There is plenty of interest but we are in no hurry," Molo's new manager. "The Dragons want to keep him but there is also outside interest - we will let him get a few games under his belt and then see where things stand."
