Former Cowboys utility Ben Hampton has retired from the game - to become a fireman! A dual grand finalist with the Storm (2016) and Cowboys (2017), Hampton was released by the Cowboys recently after playing just one top
grade game this year. But rather than looking at continuing his career in England or with another NRL club, the 31-year-old playmaker has opted for a big career change and will join the fire brigade soon.
