Dragons' ploy to tap into Fijian talent pool

The Dragons may not have signed many players to date, but they have made what could prove a very handy gain in veteran assistant coach Shane Millard. Millard is currently working on the coaching staff of the Fijian team, which gives the Dragons a big head start over the field for the best young talent coming through the Bati ranks. The Big Red V already have a Fijian legend in their side in star winger Mikaele Ravalawa - and he could have some company in the next couple of years … watch this space.
