Ben Hunt copied the most famous play of Andrew Johns' career to steer the Dragons to their epic win over the Roosters on Friday night. In the last play of the 1997 grand final, Joey wrote his name into the game's folklore by rolling the dice, going himself down the blindside and putting Knights team-mate Darren Albert over for the try that decided the premiership against Manly. And on Friday night, Hunt took a similar gamble against the Roosters, charging down the same right-hand blindside and putting in a kick.Another Dragons kick and winger Mathew Feagai scored a miraculous try - also on the very last play of the game - to give the Dragons a memorable 24-22 victory over the Roosters.Hunt would have been seven years old when Johns performed his heroics… and maybe the memory came flooding back as he set the Dragons on course for an unlikely win.
