Alex Seyfarth has given up the opportunity of a lifetime - for his unborn child. The rangy forward is coming off contract at the Tigers at the end of this year and is no certainty to get a new deal. The Warriors last week offered Seyfarth a lucrative three-year deal starting in 2024. At 24, it was a great opportunity for Seyfarth, but he knocked it back because his wife is pregnant and they want to stay near family support in Sydney when the baby is born. There are things in life bigger than football, and the Warriors understood Seyfarth's decision.
