The Knights continue to lose staff as the club attempts to rediscover its heart and soul in 2023. On top of highly respected physical performance manager Hayden Knowles, three more members of Adam O'Brien's staff have left Newcastle - strength and conditioning coaches Pat Lane and Harry Harris, and wrestling coach James Tehuna. A former UFC fighter, Tehuna is regarded among the NRL's premier wrestling coaches and several teams are looking at snapping him up.
