Anthony Seibold will reportedly be offered a three-year deal by Manly to turn the club around as it draws closer to announcing the former Broncos mentor as its head coach.The Sydney Morning Herald reports Manly and the coach's management are working on the finer details of the agreement that will see him at the club until the end of 2025.It's understood Seibold is likely to miss the start of Manly's pre-season to finish his commitments with the England rugby side in Europe.The Sea Eagles are reportedly eyeing premiership-winning coach Shane Flanagan to be Seibold's assistant.Flanagan has openly discussed his ambition to return to coaching and is currently in charge of St George Illawarra's list management while juggling various media roles.Seibold's pending arrival has already led to one staff member to announce his exit, with performance guru Don Singe taking to social media to announce he was leaving the club.Manly officials have also been in contact with star fullback Tom Trbojevic after Des Hasler's sacking to alleviate his concerns over the direction of the club.Manly is facing a looming legal threat from Hasler, who was sacked last week after months of negotiations over whether he would be granted an extension for 2024.
