Smith dedicates win to milestone men

Storm star Brandon Smith says he and his teammates were spurred on by the milestone matches of Josh King and Harry Grant after a commanding win. "It's pretty unbelievable. We've had our rough times this year and to put on a performance like that (is awesome)," he tells. "The boys know we had a couple of huge milestones, Josh King and Harry Grant, they hold a very special place to us at the Storm. Those are two players you love to play alongside who are willing to do the dirty work and rip in every week and that was a show of respect of how much we care about those brothers in our team. Smith says the Storm aren't worried about sending a message to any rival teams with such a commanding performance. "I don't really care about the rest of the competition, as long as we prove a point to ourselves and what we're really capable of," he says. "As long as we prove a point to ourselves, that's all we can do, we're not out there to impress the other team. We're out there to impress ourselves and make sure we can get the best out of ourselves."
