The one and only positive out of Souths' 50-0 thrashing from the Storm is that it showed one thing: the Rabbitohs MUST re-sign popular halfback Adam Reynolds. Without Reynolds calling the shots, the Rabbitohs were clueless in attack - lucky to score nought. Souths have been umming and erring about giving Reynolds more than a one-year deal, with several rival clubs ready to pounce on the little general. Surely after the inept performance handed in by the Rabbitohs against Melbourne, officials will relent and give Reynolds the second year he craves.
