Gamble Pays off in Historic Fightback Win

Tyson Gamble's NRL career looked over before it ever really began, with just three games to his name at the age of 24. But the unheralded halfback proved the man who sparked the Broncos' remarkable comeback from the dead against the Titans last Friday night. And he may just be the player to get the pride back into the Broncos, judging by his take-no-prisoners approach. With Tom Dearden, Anthony Milford and Brodie Croft all failing dismally in the playmaking role, Gamble was handed the keys to the Broncos' attack by a desperate coach Kevin Walters. With his team down 22-0 early, heads were dropping and the Broncos were bracing for yet another thrashing. But the cheeky Gamble would have none of it. He aggressively took on the Titans, daring his team-mates to follow his lead … and they did, as the Broncos pulled off the biggest fightback in the club's history.
